When libvirt try to run dnsmasq, it fails with this error: Error starting network 'cloud-admin': internal error: Child process (VIR_BRIDGE_NAME=cloudbr /usr/sbin/dnsmasq --conf-file=/var/lib/libvirt/dnsmasq/cloud-admin.conf --leasefile-ro --dhcp-script=/usr/lib64/libvirt/libvirt_leaseshelper) unexpected exit status 1: dnsmasq: unknown user or group: nogroup Maybe the problem is related with the drop of the group_and_isc.patch, in favor of the more simple sed in the spec file.
