>Don't restart *.socket services I concur. But what's up with Fedora? https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sssd/blob/rawhide/f/sssd.spec >depending libraries got only update afterwards and not before Plausible. However, sssd_be and libsss_util.so live in the same package, so those files are replaced together before %post(un) runs. I also could not find the instruction sequence Code: 00 0f 29 44 24 40 66 48 0f 6e c3 66 0f 6c c2 48 89 44 24 60 0f 29 44 24 50 e8 34 84 fd ff [...] in libsss_util.so, which seems weird. You also observed three crashes over roughly three seconds. I would expect that rpm and contemporary NVMe harddisks (if used) are fast enough such that the race condition goes away in less than 3s. If restarts produce crashes, please enable coredump collection.
