libsrtp2.pc as shipped with libsrtp2-devel requests a linker flag -lcrypto and thus requires libcrypto.so to be present, which is provided as part of libopenssl-devel. However libsrtp2-devel has no dependency on libopenssl-devel. Either the -lcrypto flag is actually not needed or Require: libopenssl-devel (or similar) should be added to libsrtp2-devel.
