So find! in systemd_socket.rb throws an exception when the service is not found. IscsiClientLib.rb does not catch the exception. Unfortunately the yast2-iscsi-client package has no maintainer (just the YaST team in general). I added a card to the YaST trello task board so that the issue is prioritised with the other tasks and someone can then take care of it.
