We are a couple of weeks away from getting the Python 3.11 build for the Azure
toolchain, cli and SDK.

Not going to chase any issues with the Python 3.6 build at this point.

Going to close this bug as we already know the dependencies are consistent in
the fixes that have already been submitted to SLE 15 and will make their way to
openSUSE Leap.
