Comment # 2 on bug 1057976 from Ulrich Windl

As I could remove those RPMs without conflict (on a different host with the
same problem), I assume the problem is not in the RPM packages' metadata (BTW:
"ietnamese" should be "vietnamese" in comment #0).
Also interesting is that after removal of the undesired packeages a Yast online
update does NOT suggest to install those packages again (So I'm having trouble
with creating a resolver test case).
Amazingly, zypper.log claims:

I did these commands (note the time stamps):
2017-09-12 08:45:18 rpm -ve gtk3-immodule-amharic gtk3-immodule-thai
gtk3-immodule-inuktitut gtk3-immodule-vietnamese
2017-09-12 08:46:36 zypper lu
2017-09-12 08:47:39 yast2 online_update

So it seems "zypper lu" did install packets?! According to "rpm -qa --last" is
did NOT!

According to /var/log/zypp/history no package was installed today:
