Package bind-9.20.3-1.1.x86_64, current as of tumbleweed 20241210, contains an
outdated root.hints file.

Canonical source is https://www.internic.net/domain/named.root and has for
b.root-servers.net

I noticed this because apparently bind has a builtin list, and using that, puts
this warning into syslog:
