See screenshot: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=876406 Even though it's an Expert Partitioner, I think it might make sense to have "Enable Snapshots" box checked by default, to make it more noticeable. The checkbox is not even existing in the Edit Partition view, before selecting the radio button "Mount device" - that makes the "Enable Snapshots" check button appear, unchecked. So it's very easy to miss. And to make it even more unnoticeable, the checkbox replaces "Options.." button. But also: doing changes on the right side of the UI makes things appear on the left side of the view, which is a bit against a normal flow left->right. Having the button checked would at least make it more noticeable, due to having color in the checkbox. IMPORTANTLY: also, removing the snapshot stuff later is easier than adding it. So, reversing something extra is easier than adding that extra thing afterwards, so I think we should opt for the user-centric easiness here.
