Even though it's an Expert Partitioner, I think it might make sense to have
"Enable Snapshots" box checked by default, to make it more noticeable.

The checkbox is not even existing in the Edit Partition view, before selecting
the radio button "Mount device" - that makes the "Enable Snapshots" check
button appear, unchecked. So it's very easy to miss. And to make it even more
unnoticeable, the checkbox replaces "Options.." button.

But also: doing changes on the right side of the UI makes things appear on the
left side of the view, which is a bit against a normal flow left->right.

Having the button checked would at least make it more noticeable, due to having
color in the checkbox.

IMPORTANTLY: also, removing the snapshot stuff later is easier than adding it.
So, reversing something extra is easier than adding that extra thing
afterwards, so I think we should opt for the user-centric easiness here.
