No, I'm sorry, the na������ve fix _does_ break version from the image name if /boot/vmlinuz is used. This happens if the currently running kernel is not installed under /boot, e.g. when the installer installs a different kernel version than the one that the one from the install image. This happens in Leap and SLE as soon as the first kernel maintenance update is published. I have now fixed this bug properly in upstream. About to send a pull request to Factory.
