All I can think of would be to change it to "System will most likely not boot,
proceed with caution" or "System will probably not boot, proceed with caution".

It is mentioned that in Qemu/KVM it can boot properly. I would imagine that
that has something to do with how Qemu/KVM looks for the bootable partition or
such? If this is the only case in which it will work sometimes I suggest
leaving the text as-is.
