I'm not sure, someone will have to sit down and go through all the bugs, have a
look on the discussions and the resolution. For example it seems that
pcie-brcmstb was only fixed for SLE15-SP2 but not for factory.

I like the approach. Apart of not hiding SoC specific stuff in some image
creation scripts, it would help us to better understand and prevent any diff
between SLES and factory. With this excercises we might also understand where
the actual diff comes from.
