openSUSE 13.2 is discontinued as of today, see https://en.opensuse.org/Lifetime
As such there will be no further bug fix updates.

As for what happened with your update it is hard to say, but I suspect that it
is related to a systemd issue, or something related to the file system. You may
receive further help on mailing lists, forums and IRC to recover your system
(e.g. using a rescue system), and then take migration from there. However this
is outside of the scope of a bug tracker.

If this is reproducible with an update on a maintained openSUSE release, please
reopen the bug and adjust the fields accordingly.
