Ansible 2.7.8 requires openstacksdk>=0.12 [0]. However, only version 0.11.3 of python-openstacksdk is available in leap. This leads to errors when trying to use Ansible's OpenStack module. [0] https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/v2.7.8/lib/ansible/module_utils/openstack.py#L111
