for such things you really better post to the opensuse-arm mailing list - the
bug takes way too long to turn cycles in bugzilla before it actually hits the
one that cares about arm.

Because technically it's not really a bug, but a build issue. So you can also
comment in the build service project - I think openSUSE:Factory:ARM, but I
might be wrong there too.
