It now builds locally with osc. When I committed the changes, the build failed
with the "no action in 28800 secs" failure. Did it run out of resources? If so,
I wish that OBS told it what was exhausted.

As far as I can tell, the code is fixed. The fix has also been sent to
Virtualization/virtualbox as well as to Leap 15.0 as request id 541108.
