With the current update of tumbleweed (as of 2019-03-22) the installed geo
library proj seems to be incomplete. If I start the tool qmapshack it reports
the following problem:
QMapShack hat eine unvollst�ndig installierte Proj4 Bibliothek gefunden. Die
�bersetzungstabellen f�r EPSG Projektionen, die normalerweise in
/usr/share/proj installiert sind, fehlen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie den
Paketbetreuer ihrer Distribution, um das zu beheben.

In engish: The EPSG folder is missing from proj4 installation within
/usr/share/proj

By that update the version 6.0.0-1.1-x86_64 from openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss has
been installed. Yast software manger tells for proj that it has been changed
recently:
