I have this issue too on my Huawei Matebook Ryzen D14 2019.
When trying to configure the sound device on Yast Sound, it reports an error as
follows:

"An error ocurred during the installation of Family 17h (Models 10h-1fh) HD
Audio Controller; It was not possible to load the kernel module snd-hda-intel
for sound support. This may be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ."

Unfortunately for the time being I can't rollback to a previous kernel as I
just installed this Tumbleweed system today on this AMD laptop and I have no
snapshots older than today.
