right it doesn't work, even if we have ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant ctrl_interface_group=wheel in our /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf configuration. For me it worked to add `-O /var/run/wpa_supplicant` to the wpa_supplicant.service file. Let me double check why the ctrl_interface option is omitted, when passed via config, but not if we add it with the command line.
