42.1 leap x64 system trying to be upgraded via zypper dup to 42.2 x64

The packages seem to come from the normal 42.1 leap installation so far, and
they want to be replaced by the 42.2 leap packages respectively. But there
seems to be a conflict as both packages bring in the same files but with
differing contents?
