This bug is opened for years, and I am afraid that I cannot do anything more
for fixing this bug.

The bug is hardware specific, and can be reproduced only is some readers and
only with some cards.

ACR38U itself has at least two very different versions of firmware: One
firmware uses a protocol similar to the older serial ACR readers, second
firmware uses a standard CCID protocol. openSUSE should support both versions,
but development continues only for the CCID drivers.

There can be hidden bugs in the firmware that may cause incompatibility with
some card. Developers of PC/SC drivers cannot do anything with it.

Linux drivers don't support firmware update, so it is not possible to upgrade
it without Windows machine. And even the firmware update may not be sufficient.

I cannot do more with this bug. WONTFIX = CANTFIX
