Yes, doesn't work. However after today's massive Tumbleweed upgrade (20210212)
- more than 3000 packages were updated, things become better: 
- no console garbage mixed with green dots
- on shutdown plymouth screen is normal
- start I still see green dots, but at least no console for now.
