Which is the hook file for the qemu driver. For more info about libvirt hooks
see https://libvirt.org/hooks.html

You can delete the qemu hook (/etc/libvirt/hooks/qemu). A better option is
remove the libvirt-daemon-hooks package, e.g. 'zypper rm libvirt-daemon-hooks'
or 'rpm -e libvirt-daemon-hooks'.
