This shows the Dell BIOS is expecting the legacy_boot flag to be set to boot in
UEFI mode. This is not quite what the UEFI spec says and might indicate a
firmware bug.

It is good to know that such systems exist so we can suggest a workaround. But
I wouldn't change any code on our side at this point.
