Well well. The bug that net.ifnames=0 is ignored is caused by
1021-udev-re-add-persistent-net-rules.patch, thanks to

+ if (r <= 0)
+     return false/true

proc_cmdline() returns 0, did so in v210 too.

All the more reason to have fewer patches, because it shows again that the huge
patch pile is not maintainable.
