There is no older GCC in Factory but you might have success with the various
gcc versions available in devel:gcc in the openSUSE_Factory_zSystems repo.

It would also help if you can do a little bit of debugging of the issue.

so doing a local build and a gdb session in the chroot might reveal sth
interesting.
