What other people?
If somebody has a different problem, they should report a separate bug anyway.

grep AUTOLOGIN /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager

Or YaST->Securtiy and Users->User and Group Management->Expert Options->Login
Settings.

But again, Autologin is totally unrelated to suspend/resume and only affects a
fresh boot.

Note that it is also configurable whether the screen should be locked on
suspend (systemsettings5->Desktop Behavior->Screen Locker), but as you say it
only happens sometimes I suppose you didn't turn that off.
