## Observation

openQA test in scenario
opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_42.2_kde@64bit fails in
[salt](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1402126/modules/salt/steps/12)

/usr/bin/f2py moved from python-numpy to python3-numpy, but on upgrades, this
old package is not always properly nuked, resulting in file conflicts on
installing python3-numpy

(py2-numpy no longer exists in TW, so this is only an issue on upgrades)

## Test suite description
Responsible person: okurz@suse.de, lnussel@suse.de

20180309 -- lnussel -- switched to last available 42.2 image 20180205. And back
to opensuse-42.2-x86_64-GM-kde@64bit.qcow2 with
https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/44546 .
