Somehow that "NEEDINFO" status was left over, which caused this bug to be
overlooked for a while.

So, from the last comments I take it that this is not really a bug at all -
everything behaves as expected? In that case, this is CLOSED WORKSFORME.

Please reopen if the problem persists -- and in that case, please try to
rephrase the expected behaviour and the actual behaviour so it's clear what
went wrong and in which way.
