Comment # 22 on bug 914149 from Dominique Leuenberger

GNOME Upstream came up with a patch that should do the repaining only on
modeswitch, when coming from resume (we don't really want to do 'repainting all
the time')

We'll be working on a backport into the curreng GNOME Stack of openSUSE 13.2;
for Tumbleweed,the fix will land with GNOME 3.16.0.
