Kscreen doesn't exist in KDE3. Xrandr from /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/setup
*does* work as expected, as long as the dummy xrandr command preceeds the real
one. KDE3 in TW 20160321 here started out in 1680x1050, same as it did without
the dummy >6 weeks ago, same as it continues to do now in nouveau and radeon TW
installations without the dummy.
