Try to choose the lower "ADC Decimation Rate" and "DAC Oversampling" values. Currently 64, so 32 for both. This should avoid those errors from nau codec. For the other UCM errors, you may try to run alsaucm directly and check whether the profile can be loaded / parsed properly. See alsaucm man page.
