Log when booting radeon driver

Steps to reproduce
0. Have AMD Kabini based system (Acer T805 w/ AMD A6-5200)
1. Boot Opensuse 15.2 beta using either the install media or from online
upgraded installation w/ kernel 5.3.18

Results:
Graphical display lasts until radeon or amdgpu driver loads, screen goes blank.
Logs indicate module failed to initialise GPU.
SSH / keyboard still works

Booting 5.3.18-lp152.9 with 'nomodeset' keeps display active, obviously no
graphical acceleration.

Booting 15.2 beta with Kernel 4.12.14-lp151.28.44 loads radeon and amdgpu
modules OK.

Leap 15.1 OK.
