I think `docker-buildx` should `Provides: docker-buildx-plugin`. For users
referring to the official docker docs--the SLES (zypper in) section[1]--trying
to install various plugins, it'll be easier to use the commands verbatim.

PS. we should do the same for `docker-compose`.
