So the problem seems to be that we didn't upgrade Plasma5 (or khotkeys5 in
particular) to 5.5 in Leap 42.1.

I'm not sure if an update to 5.5 is planned for Leap 42.1, if not we should
probably release an update for khotkeys5 with the corresponding change, i.e.
the file /usr/share/khotkeys/printscreen.khotkeys removed.
