php7 is SLE package in Leap ie. come from SLE, for the flow, there is a
correspond update went to Factory is now pending in staging project. And
further more, php7-gmagick is not a ring package thus we will not see if php7
update breaks php7-gmagick when php7 update has staged in the staging project.
