It seems timezone can be changed without admin rights. steps to reproduce the problem: 1 - fresh installation of Leap 42.2 (with default settings) 2 - right click on Clock in the default panel, select "Adjust Date and Time" 3 - go to the "Time zone" tab 4 - select another location 5 - click OK/Apply 6 - it will ask for a password, just click cancel 7 - after afew seconds, time and timezone will change
