This tab is necessary to organize software into folders.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Software application in GNOME
2.Click the Installed tab
Actual Results:
A blank panel is displayed instead of a list of installed software.

Expected Results:
Installed software should appear, and be selectable to be organized into
folders.

Not running any GNOME extensions.
