I said multiple times already that the configuration is broken. Just use a
single path element if you are not able to make right config and let the server
resolving the repositories. 

this can only be solved in your project setup, it is not a base distro problem
and neither an OBS code issue.

you may reopen this again, but I will ignore it if you do not deliver a valid
setup where you can show a bug.
