That is NOT acceptable.

We should not have to go through hoops & I am sure as heck NOT going to install
a whole bunch of other packages..

I just tried to install from
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable:/Backport/standard/aarch64/
& there is no build tools or any dwarves package listed.
