Comment # 13 on bug 960307 from Ancor Gonzalez Sosa

As you can see in the following link, the change from cf.map.gz to
ca-fr-legacy.map.gz was done by Stefan Dirsch as part of his fixes to adapt our
keyboard handling to systemd (something pretty much needed for several reasons)

Stefan, do you remember the reason for that particular change? Looks like the
new keymap does not produce the expected behavior.
