Vulnerability Description:
This advisory covers vulnerabilities discovered in the OTRS framework.

Privilege Escalation: 
A customer user can use the search results to disclose information from their
���company��� tickets (with the same CustomerID), even when
CustomerDisableCompanyTicketAccess setting is turned on.

Affected by this vulnerability are all releases of OTRS 7.0.x up to and
including OTRS 7.0.8.

This vulnerability is fixed in the latest versions of OTRS, and it is
recommended to upgrade to the latest patch level.
