Comment # 9 on bug 1008982 from Simon Lees

Attachment 1 [details] is direct from the installer without the yast language module,
attachment 2 [details] has the language set to German from the yast2 language module. I
did have a VM that I installed in German without the language module but I
can't find it now. The only difference I could see was      
INSTALLED_LANGUAGES="" isn't set in the first case but thats a English only
install.
