It's interesting. I vaguely remember of an issue with Ralink chip, yes. But I thought it could be worked around by adjusting with ethtool. Or maybe it was Ralink's stand-along driver... The non-working BT is a well known problem, indeed. Ralink provided their binary-only driver running on user-space with a skeleton kernel hub driver. This might still work on openSUSE, but I won't recommend it at all.
