Add NAND support to Cubietruck device tree

Though the devicetree from c#7 includes a the clock settings for the nand node,
it misses the actual nand@ node. 

Upstream is missing them as well.

I only have limited knowledge on Allwinner CPUs but this is what I've found in
the linux-sunxi github.

Please compile with dtc -I dts -O dtb cubietruck.dts -o cubietruck.dtb and
re-test.
