Um, the attached y2log seems to be a bit different than in the comment above.
There is no "Internal error" logged. Please attach full YaST log with that
error message. (I'd suggest reproducing again and attaching fresh logs.)

Moreover the reported error is 'key not found: "partitions"', but the snippet
above contains the "partitions" key for all listed volume groups.

What is your partition setup? Do you really use some disk without partitions?
