None of the modules in systemsettings5 work when activating any module in the
systemsettins5 window I see the following text

The module "xxx" could not be found.

The diagnosis is:

the desktop file xxx.desktop could not be found.

The same thing happens with kinfocenter5.

However, the module desktop files expected by either sstemsettings5 or
kinfocentre5 (e.g. about-distro.dekstop, kcm\_style.desktop,
kwindecoration.desktop, etc) \_ARE\_ present in /usr/share/kservices5/
