Sorry Tomas, that's a typo. Correct command is '$ gtags --gtagslabel=pygments'. But I confirmed that same problem occurs with your command '$ gtags --gtagslabel pygments'. Supplement: I underwent this bug on Leap 42.1. Therefore I don't know whether this bug occurs on Tumbleweed.
