OK, I have now done the "journalctl -axb" both with, and without the nfs - but I am hesitant to publish the entire guts of my system on the internet. What should I look for in order to determine the nature of the problem? Or, alternatively, what would be a straightforward way to configure the automounter (as that may perhaps solve the problem in a better way?)
