openSUSE42.1-2_Network_Settings
Unless the user is not connected to the Network, Network Configuration screen
is not accessible, there is not button to access it as it currently implemented
for SLE products. Besides the difficulties to automate testing with this hidden
screen, most important is that for the user this functionality should be
available. We checked previous version in case it was dropped only for
Tumbleweed but we found the same result for openSUSE 13.2 or openSUSE Leap 42.1
(screenshots attached when there is not network connection).
