Sometimes (but not always) my desktop PC fails to find its onboard soundcard at
boot.
I believe this has started when TW got kernel 6.0.8 but not before.
BUT since the actually used output is through the hdmi port on my nvidia card
it could just as well be an issue with the latest nvidia driver - G06 in TW is
525.53 which on the nvidia website is clearly marked as BETA, and also not the
latest anymore - 525.60.11 is current.

dmesg output:
kumiko:~ # dmesg|grep snd

it usually takes another reboot or two, then the card works.
